BOARDWALK vacation rentals

I have been renting this condo for several years now and my family always enjoys staying here. It is tastefully decorated and has plenty of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, etc for cooking full meals. The condo is located at the best complex on Pensacola Beach, between the sound and the gulf. The kids especially love the calmer side of the sound versus the stronger waves on the gulf. We were not inconvenienced at all with any oil in the water or smell in the air. I hope that the beaches in Florida will be as beautiful next summer as they are today.

The exterior of these condos is not so impressive, but it was actually a lot nicer looking inside than I expected. Some of the pros: I liked being able to park under a shelter, I liked that each bedroom had it's own bath and balcony. This particular condo was nicely decorated and the bathrooms were modern with nicely tiled floors and attractive counters. The beds and furniture were comfortable (although we didn't use them much). The only thing I found wrong was that when we tried to use the whirlpool tub, trash came out of the jets, so we just turned it off and cleaned the tub out and let it be. No big deal to me.

Excellent service by Barrons with great and timely communication. Each time that we had a question, or needed to discuss arrangements, Tom Barron and Shane Howard were 'on top of things'! The home was clean and provided the perfect environment for our family! The beds were comfortable, the condo offered privacy, but also a place for our family to be together for meals, games, and other events. The location between the Sound and the Gulf provided the perfect setting for us as we spent a great deal of time at the beach and pool. The location is close enough to activities, but far enough from things so that you can feel secluded. Things we liked the best: Master and guest bedrooms were spacious, 3 baths a plus, tv's in each room, pool, decks were nice and easily accessible. Close to the beach, walking and running paths, washer and dryer were great. Things we would like to see improved or that we 'dealt' with: Internet is not wireless and was problematic at times; a gas grill would be nice; master bathroom shower was great, but the toilet area was crowded; Light colored carpet on the steps from the entry way to the main floor was hard to keep clean and free of sand. Overall, we LOVED THE PLACE and would DEFINITELY recommend it! Great job and great vacation!

The condo was in a perfect location. Our children are 15, 9 and 7. They were able to play in the sand on the bay side while my husband and I got things together for the gulf side! The condo was clean, updated, and spacious! We really enjoyed our time at time condo!

Everything about our trip was wonderful! The condo was very clean, updated, spacious, and comfortable. Being on the sound was nice and safe for the children to play without any worry. And the beach access to the Gulf was an easy minute walk. This was our first time doing something like this and was very blessed with all it had to offer, we really lucked up for a last minute trip! We plan to go back next year!

This unit at the Boardwalk was outstanding. I would love to rent it again in the future. The condo is clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. It's convenient to the sound as well as the gulf. Great place for young children to swim on the sound where it's calmer. The property is landscaped beautifully too.

We spent a long weekend and had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. The property is family oriented and quiet. We were located within a very short walking distance to the Gulf and Bayside. We have stayed at this condo twice and will definitely stay there again.
