I was really disappointed with the cookware or the lack there of. The kitchen was equipped with dishes, silverware, glasses but no pots and pans to speak of. Making dinner or breakfast for 5 with 1 pot and 2 small fry pans was impossible. Also, when we have stayed in other rented condos they had at least a few staples to use ie flour, sugar and condiments. This kitchen was wiped out. The furniture particularly the couch was covered in white dog hair. We were told that the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds but upon arrival we found bunk beds which sent 1 of my boys to the couch to sleep dealing with the dog hair. We would stay in the Pensacola area again but probably not that unit.

Everything was great! Unit 1130 was very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much. The weather was also fantastic beach weather. We had a great time visiting our son who is stationed in Pensacola. A very relaxing vacation and all the restaurants were great. The only remote problem I can think of was the gate code usually took a couple of times to get it to work. Everything else was great. The pool was also very nice. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

We had a wonderful time and the view was the best. Every morning we would wake up to a great view, have breakfast on the balcony, walk to the beach for couple of hours, then come back and relax by the pool. In the evening we would go check out the boardwalk and the gift shops. It is exactly what we all needed to end the summer. It brought us closer together. We loved it so much we plan to make it a family vacation every year.

we had everything we needed, even pool toys and an umbrella. the view was beautiful. its right on a little island with lots of places to eat and fun things to do.

We all enjoyed our stay very much, the condo was beautiful and the view from the balcony amazing. Even with the rain we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We fell in love with Pensacola and hope to visit again soon, and if you haven't tried it you all need to eat at Mesquite Charlies we would visit again just to eat there!! Thank you for renting us this spot we look foward to doing buisness with you again!

We visited Pensacola in August so my friend & her children could visit with their brother at the Naval Base. We were given the wrong gate code & were let in by some understanding residents. The property was very nice. Great View. Great times at the pool. Good weather. Overall a great vacation Thanks

This unit is fantastic! The owner is very good to work with. Great location on the beach. Management company is not very organized or easy to work with.

The condo was really nice, always better than a hotel. Walked across the street to get to beach. Walked to Peg Leg Pete's next door. Only issue was with the bunk bed mattresses in 3rd bedroom. Not really usable as we are used to really comfortable beds at home.
