this is the perfect condo for two people. It is close to everything but far enough away to be very peaceful. I do wish the view of the water was closer but I loved having the choice of going to the beach, sound or pool. We plan on coming back very soon.

We were looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay, where we could walk to the beach and watch the sun rise and set,search for seashells and sit out and enjoy the sun. This condo was perfect. It had everything we needed. We were minutes from Peg Leg Pete's where we met friends for a great dinner. We will be returning to Pensacola Beach and would definitely stay here again if available.

We had a wonderful time. It was my dog Sam's first time at the beach. The condo was great - the people were all very nice. Sam loved the water, we could barely get him out - It is nice to finally find a place where dogs are accepted.

This 1 bedroom condo was on a quiet section of the beach but yet close enough to all the great restaurants and attractions. The fully stocked kitchen was a welcome surprise. A huge "thanks" to the owner for allowing pets. We were able to bring our two dogs with us which made for a more enjoyable vacation. The only negative would be the queen size bed. It was somewhat hard and squeaky. I would definitely consider upgrading it to a more comfortable king size bed. Overall, this is a great place and I would definitely rent from this owner again!

After our daughter's wedding at Pensacola Beach we took a few days just to relax and La Bahia was just what the doctor ordered. Seeing the majestic sunset, being able to enjoy both the gulf and the bay all in one was simply wonderful. What a great place, loved La Bahia #123. Can't wait to go back!!!

My family (2 adults, 2 kids) woke up every day with only one real decision to make: pool or beach? Most days we did both. Our kids made friends at both places. The condo itself was nicely decorated and very accessible. The neighbors were quiet and didn't "party" all night, keeping us awake. There are lots of doves around, and we actually missed the sound of them after we came home. Midweek, my son developed swimmer's ear, and the local hospital was wonderful about treating him. We were out of the ER in 25 minutes. Fantastic job. We have nothing but good things to say about the area shops and restaurants. Both are geared toward great customer service. We will definitely be back.
