We had never been to Pensacola and didn't know what to expect but this condo exceeded our expectations!! The view of the gulf from the huge balcony is amazing and the open floorplan is perfect for hanging out with friends/family. The pool, tennis courts, and sauna were also really nice and it's an easy walk or drive to dining options. I would recommend this condo to anyone!

We can overlook the keycard not working, it happens. We are trying to wrap our head around the overall cleanliness of the condo. To start we found a vase with flowers in it, you would think that is good but they were dead and the petals that had fallen off were stuck to the counter, and not just dead flowers but it had mold on them. We moved outside to get a view of the Gulf and we are hit by piles of rust from the chairs that are fallen apart and broken. That night we pulled out the hide-a-bed and there were crumbs/dirt/stains all over the sheet that was on the mattress. To us these are things that we should not have had to deal with. We were able to have a great visit with my Dad and brother that I had not seen in years and the kids first visit to where I grew up. But come on, this is how "who ever" keeps the place. 12E will not be recommended to anyone by us.

The view from the condo was really beautiful. We also felt that we got a great deal on the price. I would definitely rent the unit again. The only hiccups were the key not available when we arrived; the unit could have been cleaner; there were no potholders and kitchen towels ( we purchased some and brought them home with us, so no big deal). Also, the hall bathroom stool was running when we got there, and continued to do so until my husband fixed it. That was okay for us because he knew how to fix it, but some tenants might not. We have relatives in the area, and last year had rented another of the penthouse condos overlooking the gulf, but it was not available this time. We were happy to find this unit as another option. I am quite sure we'll be back, if not in the fall, then in the winter.

We have stayed at the Sabine every summer for the past 12 years and this was the first experience we had with Barrons Realty Group. From the first email and phone calls, the person was very helpful and friendly. The information we received prior to our stay was complete and informational. The unit itself was a delight to stay in = great gulf view from the balcony. Beautiful furnishings, although at about 7:30pm every evening someone elses TV remote took over control of our TV and the sound went to Maximum and our remote was rendered non workable. Never experienced anything like that ! Strongly recommend this as your favorite vacation spot!

The master sink and the bath tubs backed up and did not drain properly. The overall facility was clean, nice and in a great location.

The service and communication that we received was great. The home was nice with a beautiful view of the beach. Location is perfect close to the restaurants and shops. My only complaint is the outdated furniture and very hard beds for the price I paid, other than it was a beautiful stay. I would use again!
