Tan and Broke

This home was a fantastic fit for our week-long family gathering. 14 of us (8 adults, 6 kids) traveled from different states to enjoy a week on the beach. One thing was for sure, we had to have a place that was well kept and clean. Tan and Broke exceeded our expectations! The owners accomodated a Sun-Sun rental, therefore, we were able to enjoy the July 4 holiday there. The views from the front and rear balconies were spectacular! The entire home has a warm feeling. The kitchen, dining and living room area are completely open. We could all be hanging out without stepping on each other. The kitchen was big enough for a couple of us to be cooking at the same time. Having 2 refrigerators was a bonus as well. The rooms accomodated everyone and with 2 infants, the pack and play and the crib were perfect! The wagon filled with beach toys and the cart of beach chairs were great. The kids enjoyed the pool and there was plenty of room to sit around it. We would certainly return! Thank you!

This house is amazing. We hosted my daughter's wedding here. The beach is breathe taking with a sugar white sand beach and underneath the beach house is an amazing place to host a wedding reception. The house has everything you can think of. The caters really loved the kitchen and the extra prep room. The new pool is awesome. We all spent lots of time there. I just can't say enough about how this beach house really made our stay and my daughter's wedding the best ever. All the guest loved the house and is still talking about it. We all spent lots of time out on the front decks watching the ocean and at night we spent time on the back deck watching amazing sunsets. A great time was had by all. The owner was very helpful with referring venues and went out of their way to make sure everything was ok. I would highly recommend this beach house for a wedding or even a vacation. I am hoping to return in two years to celebrate my 25th wedding anniversary here. Thanks again for allowing us to rent this wonderful house. We will never forget what a amazing

We loved our stay in Pensacola. We have returned to Pensacola almost every other year for the past 12 years and we absolutely love it. It is beautiful, quiet and relaxing. Everything a vacation should be. This was the first time we chose not to stay in a hotel because about 12 family members decided to go. The house was perfect, and it was a great location in relationship to the beach. Just a short walk. It was really great that the owners made available beach supplies for their guests to use. The wagon was extremely handy for hauling supplies and kids! The only downfall were the jellyfish. We couldn't even get in the water our last couple of days, but that was an issue between us and mother nature. Everything was great and the house accommodated everyone perfectly. Thanks again!

We had a awesome stay at this beautiful home. There were ten of us who stayed in the house for 5 nights. We held a wedding on the beach, just a few steps away. The dinner/reception was under the house. The huge kitchen and setup area made it easy for the caterers. The pub was a huge hit with all our guests. The concrete slab on the side of the house was perfect for the DJ and dancing. We would rent this for a quiet family gathering, but it was was perfect for a large group celebration.
